Digital Art Made by Erratic Ink can not be Trademarked or copy-write without a signed release form from the original artist.

Please be upfront about your design intentions. If you want to trademark a design, let us know before the consultation. For projects costing less than $300, full payment is required. For projects over $300, a 50% down payment is needed, and it's non-refundable. The project turnaround time depends on the project details.

Digital art comes with a set number of revision rounds. Extra changes may come with additional fees. We don't create text content for your projects, so please provide the text you want to use.


Deposits and consultations may sometimes be included in future project costs. To maintain quality, turnaround times for packages cannot be shorter than two weeks. If you only need a quick design, please purchase services separately. Custom packages may have additional items, but this list is not exhaustive.
